Nutrition for the week: Spaghetti

Nutrition will be one of the regular posts here. And this would be the first one, I cooked them myself, well with a little help from the internet. Though the posts will not be detailed as some websites, since every ingredient will be based on hard estimates.

3. Add onions and continue to stir until onions are softened.
4. Throw in the garlic, tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce and water.
5. Add basil, brown sugar, salt and black pepper.
6. Stir well until the mixture shows signs of boiling
7. Splash some red wine and continue to stir.
8. Simmer in low heat for about an hour.
9. Cook spaghetti noodles in a separate pot, don't forget to add salt to the boiling water before the noodles for additional flavor!
10. Drain water from the noodles.
11. Serve noodles and sauce separately.
12. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese (which I totally forgot, since I got so excited upon tasting the sauce)
