Last March 1, I had the chance to visit one of the most prestigious fitness clubs here in the Philippines, thanks to a good friend of mine. We directly headed here after joining a running event which was held around the area as well.
Upon entering the club the first thing you will see is the cozy lounge, where you can hangout with 2 Macs for surfing and tea which are offered in 3 varieties: Peppermint, Fruit and I forgot the other one.
My friend told me that the primary purpose of the tea is to extend your body's energy for about an hour more. This is good for those who are "bitin" from the workout and are in need of more.
The locker room is modern and clean. Each locker is controlled by an electronic lock where the trigger is from the key card the counter has issued. I was amazed by the technology and actually had fun playing with it for quite a while - locking and unlocking the locker repeatedly.

The main area is is divided into a couple of sections. There is a cardio, loaded(machine) weights, free weights,TRX and some sort of crossfit section. We forgot to peek at the far end of the floor, it seems to be the cardio theater that is indicated in their website.

Just beside the urban zone is the a room with the pool with treadmills and stationary bikes. Its nice to have a section of a club for this since Triathlon is one of the fastest growing sport nowadays. You can do an indoor triathlon session here since the equipment are stationed right next to each other.

And with this in mind, all that is left is just signing up for membership. They have different types of membership to offer though the difference is just the duration. The longer the duration of membership, the lower the monthly rates.
