What are Endorphines?

Get High, with out the drugs! During work-out or exercise the pituitary gland and the hypothalamus releases Endorpines "Endogenous Morphine". This substance helps produce analgesia and the feeling of being high or well being. The intense the work-out or exercise is the more the substance is produced, and would help achieve the "Endorphine Rush" which is a sense of immense power overflowing from the body.

Sudden death is a unexpected non-violent cardiac arrest due to fatigue, excessive or prolonged shortness of breath and palpitations, which could affect even the elite athletes. Commonly this is experienced by athletes aged 35 years or younger. According to statistics 1 out of 50,000-80,000 marathon finishers die. To avoid this unfortunate event, one must have a check-up of at least once a year, proper training, nutrition and equipment.
